Glimpse Had a Busy 2025
When Kushal, Anuj, and I launched Glimpse in April 2024, we set out with a simple mission. Help consumer brands stop losing up to 5 percent of their retail revenue to invalid deductions.
If you talk to any operator inside a consumer goods brand, you will hear the same story. Deductions are an extremely painful & deeply emotional pain point. It is revenue they have already lost as a result of opaque accounting processes, manual workflows, and embedded retailer complexity.
For a startup, this problem created an extremely clear ROI. We always saw it as the perfect wedge into a much broader vision.

2025 became the year that vision started to compound. We ended the year by 10x’ing the business.
But behind that headline is the real story. The work, decisions, and product breakthroughs that made this rate of growth possible.
How We Entered 2025
We started the year with early momentum supporting brands selling through KeHE and UNFI. That gave us two things:
- Proof of value - we quickly found a painful problem in deductions we could meaningfully solve for our customers.
- Customer Insight - we started to understand how cash and costs from retail channels affect scaling brands.
Coming off our $10 million dollar raise led by 8VC, we saw a unique window in 2025 to hit escape velocity by doing two things extremely well. Delivering undeniable value and expanding the platform in the direction our customers were already pulling us.
Our ethos going into the year was simple.
1. Hire excellent people & work together in person
People who are extremely hard working, curious, and collaborative.
Work in person. Move fast. Sweat the details. Build together.
2. Embed ourselves deeply inside customer workflows
We wanted to deeply understand where labor was inefficient and where AI could provide 10X value.
3. Be opinionated in our GTM approach
For us, we bet on IRL. Build a community & bring operators together. Our internal tagline “Be everywhere”. Build trust by showing up consistently & being helpful.
This framework shaped everything we did and it worked.
What We Achieved in 2025
Here is what that strategy produced.
- 10x increase in revenue recovered for clients. Direct bottom line impact.
- 5x growth in invoice volume processed, now crossing 1 billion dollars.
- 5x headcount growth, now 25 plus world class people in NYC.
- 3x increase in total clients, reaching 150 plus consumer brands.
And most importantly, we delivered a major expansion of our platform capabilities in four major ways.
End to end revenue recovery Across 6 Plus Retailers
We moved beyond KeHE and UNFI into Target, Walmart, Amazon, Sam's Club, and several others.
This unlocked new brand categories, new data flows, and new ways to support brands across their entire retail footprint.

AI Revenue Recovery Agents
This was one of the most ambitious things we have ever built.
We launched fully end to end AI agents that handle:
- Deduction retrieval
- Coding
- Validation using internal documentation
- Filing of claims
Brands can now recover thousands of dollars with no human involvement. This shifted what revenue recovery can even mean.

Automated Cash Application
Finance teams spend hours dealing with messy data, obscure invoice codes, and manual mapping inside their GL and ERP.
We automated this entire flow.
- Parse and understand retailer remittance data
- Classify and map deductions
- Sync information back to the ERP
- Cut hours out of month end close
This was one of the most painful workflows in the month end close process and now it is one of the most automated.

AI Deduction Itemization
Every deduction includes backup documentation. Often the documents are more than 100 pages long and filled with mixed retailers, SKUs, brokers, and unstructured details.
Most brands do not use this data. Not because it is not valuable, but because it has been impossible to process manually at scale.
We launched AI deduction itemization to extract every relevant detail into a structured, tabular format.
This unlocks a new level of intelligence.

- Trade analytics
- Promotion performance
- Margin improvement strategies
This is foundational for the future of retail cashflow automation.

Looking Ahead
2025 was a transformative year for Glimpse.
We proved not only that the market is massive, but that AI agents for the first time ever can unlock cashflow and help consumer brands scale
And we are just getting started.
2026 will be the year we scale these capabilities, deepen automation across the entire retail revenue cycle, and continue building the platform consumer brands trust to unlock their cashflow.
