As Kin Euphorics’ wholesale business grew, so did the complexity of their chargeback reconciliation process. Melanie Rose, Kin’s Senior Operations Manager, knew that recovering large chunks of cash — to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars — is critical for any small company.
