Providing premium deduction management with siloed, manual workflows

As the founder and CEO of LN, Lahari Neelapareddy is always on the hunt for new ways to automate tedious financial processes and make her clients’ lives easier. That’s why she decided it was time to modernize the firm’s manual approach to chargeback and deduction reconciliation.

As this process became a greater drain on the team’s resources, she realized she would need to raise the firm’s prices — in some cases, higher than clients could afford to pay. Plus, all the categorizations sync back to each brand’s general ledger codes in QuickBooks, automatically creating credit memos.

No one even has to fret over the painful dispute process. Glimpse’s AI dispute engine automatically scans the brand’s internal documents like bills of lading and proofs of delivery for evidence of erroneous deductions. Then, once LN’s clients have given the green light, Glimpse files disputes for them. And if a distributor leaves a brand on read, Glimpse keeps nudging until every last dollar is paid.
